We sit with you and fill the form
The IOE priority form decides where you spend four years, and the order matters more than most families realise. Come to campus or call, and we will go through it line by line with you.
IOE Entrance 2083 · result published 4 August 2026
Getting through the IOE entrance is the hard part, and you have done it. What comes next is paperwork and dates, and nobody should have to work that out alone. Put in your rank, let us do the rest, and we will walk you the whole way through priority order, the merit lists and what you actually pay.
Congratulations,
You are one of 7,179 students in the whole country who passed this year. Whatever your number is, you have a place in engineering to go and claim, and we will help you claim it.
Your name and details are read from the Entrance Examination Board's published 2083 pass list. See the official notice. Nothing you type here is saved.
Your rank decides your fee
The fee at ICE is set by your IOE entrance rank, not by negotiation and not by who you know. The whole structure is published below. This works out where your own number lands in it.
Total for the full four-year BE programme (eight semesters). University registration and examination charges are set by Tribhuvan University and billed separately. Ask for the signed fee sheet and it will list every charge outside this amount before you pay anything.
The question everyone is asking this week
There is no 2083 cutoff yet, for any college or any programme. Cutoffs are decided later, by what 7,179 students choose over the next few weeks. Nobody has that number today, so if you have been comparing yourself against last year's figures and feeling anxious, you can stop.
You do not need a cutoff to take your next step. You need the right dates and somebody to check your form before you submit it. Both are on this page, and both are free.
If you would rather just talk to a person, call 01-5091616 or WhatsApp 984-9668993. Ask us anything, even if you have already decided on another college.

You will not be doing this alone
None of this depends on you choosing ICE. A student who fills the priority form correctly and gets into a good campus is a good outcome, and we would rather help you get there.

In Nepali, plainly, with the money set out clearly. Bring them along. Most of the worry in a house at this time of year is about cost, and it is much easier to settle in person.
Merit lists arrive in rounds and it is easy to miss one. Give us your number and somebody will call you when a list affects you, so you are never the last to know.
About money, about a low rank, about whether engineering is still worth it. Nobody here will make you feel small for asking. That is the job.
What you are actually signing up for
Not a certificate in a drawer. A Tribhuvan University degree, a Nepal Engineering Council licence, and the hands to go with them.

Civil, Computer, or Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering. 192 seats between them, on the Tathali campus in Bhaktapur. See what each one is like.
Things that make it possible
The amount is published here, dated, so you can compare it against anyone else before you speak to us. We will still send you the signed fee sheet with the payment schedule attached, so your family sees the whole picture at once instead of a number without its terms.
So you know what is coming
Your result came out. Download your scorecard from the entrance portal before 4 September, because it comes down after that, and keep the file safe. You will need it later. Official notice.
Applications for the first three lists. There was no single central form, so each campus took its own priority application through its own portal, and ours is at icenepal.com/apply.
Priority amendment. Each campus had to send its final order to IOE by 3:00 pm on 22 August, so every list from here is generated from the order already filed and there is nothing left to change about it.
The first list was published, complaints were heard 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and the revised list followed by 6:00 pm. Admission from it ran 24 August to 3:00 pm on 27 August, extended by one day to 28 August after the floods, in a letter the Office of the Dean wrote on 26 August.
The second list is out and final, and admission from it ran to 3:00 pm on 2 September. ICE's own second list issearchable here by roll number. A seat not taken by that hour goes back into the pool for the third list.
The third list, with an admission window of its own on 7 and 8 September. Seats keep moving as students accept places elsewhere, so a list that does not call your name is not the end. Please stay in the process to the last round.
The admission dates come from the Centralized Admission Monitoring Committee's published procedure at admission.ioe.edu.np, and the result dates from the Entrance Board's notices. Always check there before acting, because a schedule can move and this page is not the authority on it.
For parents
You are about to make one of the larger financial decisions of your family's life, on the strength of a web page. You should not have to. Come to the campus in Tathali, walk through the labs and the hostel, and ask the hard questions in person. Bring your son or daughter and take as long as you need.
We will not ask you to pay anything or sign anything on a visit. If you leave and choose another college, that is a fair outcome and we will still help with the priority form.
Straight answers
No. You passed a national entrance that many people did not, and seats keep moving through several merit list rounds. The students who lose out are usually the ones who give up after the first list, not the ones with a modest rank. Call us and we will look at your options with you honestly.
The second merit list is now published, and it carries each programme’s closing rank, Computer’s included. Search it by your roll number. That line still moves outward on the third list, so a rank just past it is not a no yet. Anyone quoting a fixed 2083 cutoff is guessing from last year, however confident they sound.
No, and please be careful with anyone who does. Every BE seat at a TU affiliated college is allocated against your entrance rank through the official process. What applying now does is put you first in the queue for help, information and a callback.
Check the number against your published result, since the list runs from 1 to 7,179. If it still does not match, call 01-5091616 and we will open the published list and look at it with you.
A withheld result cannot be used for admission until the Entrance Examination Board releases it, so the Board is who to contact first, not a college. Once you know where that stands, call us and we will work out the options together.
Please look at the actual number before you rule it out. The fee is published on this page and it is set by your entrance rank, so you can see your own amount in a few seconds without speaking to anybody. The hostel and the bus from Koteshwor are free for enrolled students, and the fee sheet comes with a payment schedule rather than one lump sum. Nobody will pressure you on a phone call.
