Enter your rank. We fill in the rest.

Enter one number and it finds you on the published IOE pass list. We fill in the rest from that list, so the only other thing you type is your phone number.

Your rank decides your fee

And this is what each programme would cost you.

The fee at ICE is set by your IOE entrance rank, not by negotiation and not by who you know. The whole structure is published below. This works out where your own number lands in it.

After you send it

What actually happens next

  1. Within one working day

An admissions officer calls you — a person, not an automated message.

  2. You get the numbers in writing

The dated fee sheet confirming the published amount for your rank, and the payment schedule that goes with it.

  3. You are invited to visit, free

Bring a parent. Walk the EV lab, the 3D printing and drone room, the computer and engineering labs, the hostel and the bus route before you commit to anything.

  4. We read your rank against the lists, honestly

Every BE seat is allocated by IOE, not by colleges. Applications closed on 18 August and priority amendment closed on 22 August, so every list from here is generated from the order already filed and there is nothing left to change about it. What is left to decide is whether to take a second-list seat by 3:00 pm on 2 September or hold out for the third list on 6 September. Bring us your rank and we will read it against where each programme actually closed, even when the honest answer sends you to another college.

And we will talk to your parents. This decision gets made at home, in Nepali, by people who are weighing four years of cost against a degree they may not have studied themselves. That is why we ask for their number above, and we will call them directly: the fee sheet, what the free hostel and the bus actually cover, and the questions they would rather ask us than have you carry back to them.

Before you decide

Come and put your hands on it first.

The visit is free, it takes an afternoon, and nobody will ask you to sign anything while you are here.

  1. The EV labTwo vehicles students build by hand, and the parts bench behind them.
  2. The 3D printing and drone roomPrint a part. See how a drone survey becomes a 3D model you test in class.
  3. The labs that have been here twenty yearsComputer labs, materials testing, survey instruments, library.
  4. The hostel and the busBoth free for enrolled students. Look before anyone talks about money.

Booking is one line

Send the form above and say you want to see the labs, or just call. We pick a time, tell your parents how to reach Tathali, and walk you round ourselves.

Free, no fee, no obligation. Bring a parent.
